Finding the right people at the right time necessitates a high level of professionalism. All queries from clients are treated with confidentiality and tact, and exactly the same approach is extended to our staff.


All members of the Temp Exchange team are aware of clients changing requirements. Seasonal fluctuations, staff absence due to illness or holidays, fast growth within an organization; all these differing circumstances can put pressure on the existing workforce. Where possible, we take the opportunity to plan ahead with our clients - to avoid problems of staff shortages in busy periods.


Our consultants


Every candidate registered undergoes stringent employment experience, education and interview process on registration. All candidates are fully briefed on the clients requirements.


We insist that all candidates provide paperwork at registration. We require:


  • GSCC registration check (Healthcare workers only).
  • Right to work in the UK and other countries.
  • Current DBS check.
  • 3 written reference (no more than 6 months old and 1 must be most recent employer).
  • Degree certificates.
  • Proof of identity.
  • Completed and signed application form.
  • 2 passport photographs.
